All through June we will be talking about compassion. This is a fantastic trait for everyone to explore.

Many congratulations go to Jenny Wardlaw. June's student of the month! Jenny is very polite and always helping when we need it. She also does almost all of the Wal-Mart demos also. Great job JENNY!
AMP Student of the Month
Fantastic job Casey Allen, you are this month's AMP Student of the month. Casey likes to have fun and always follows the rules. He is also super polite to everyone. Good job Casey.
Summer Uniforms
Remember that you can wear your summer uniforms starting today. The summer uniform consists of a Middleburg Martial Arts T-shirt tucked into your dobahk pants and your belt.
Featured Item
This month we are featuring knives and canes at a 10% discount. This is all knives in the case or that you order, as well as the rubber knives for class. Same goes for the canes.
CALLING ALL DADS
BRING YOUR DAD, YOUR BROTHER, YOUR UNCLE, YOUR FRIEND!!!
June 9th at 6:15PM. You and your Dad can do MMA or Karate together on that night. What a great way to celebrate Father's Day. Please call if you have any questions. Also, Dad's train FREE all this month.
Happy Father's Day
Good ole’ Dad. We are celebrating Dads this month and would like to offer all dads a FREE month of Karate, MMA or Ki Gong. If you are currently training in one of these areas, feel free to try a different one for the next month. Come and try a class with your child as this can develop a special bond between the two of you.
CLUB THEME
Club members will be working with knives this month on Mondays and Tuesdays and sparring on Wednesday and Thursday. Please make sure you have your weapons and gear on the appropriate days. Leaders club will be getting to do cane with Ms. Rachael and Ms. Casey on the 11th and Masters Club will enjoy sparring with Mr. Gourlay and Ms. Stephanie on the 18th.
Summer Attendance
We will be looking for perfect attendance during the summer starting on June 14th. There are 9 weeks to summer vacation this year and to get a perfect attendance patch at the September promotion party you will need to average 2 classes per week for the entire 9 weeks. This means that if you go on vacation you will need to make up your classes. Last year was impressive with the amount of patches we were able to give out for perfect attendance. Let's try to beat that record this year.
SUMMER CAMP
Summer is right around the corner and will be here before you know it. Spots are already filling up. Register now for Summer Camp and pay only $50 for registration for the first child and $25 for every other child, for the whole summer. We offer Karate, swimming, field trips, games and fun. Register now to avoid the rush and SAVE money. Registration goes up on June 4th. If you are a Karate student and not enrolled in our Summer Camp program but are interested in the whole summer or maybe just a couple of weeks, see Ms. Dot for some super specials for you and get your weeks booked now before they fill up.

NINJA NIGHT
Get you Karate Kid on! NINJA NIGHT is June 11th!
We will be having a GREAT KARATE time. Sign up now and pay or put a deposit down to hold your spot. We will be watching the first Karate Kid movie, learning the crane stance, doing origami, breaking boards, eating pizza and so many other fun things. The sign-up sheet is located by the front counter.
PARENTS CLUB NEWS
-Our next Wal-mart demo/fundraiser is on June 26th. If you are interested in helping out please sign up on the sheet posted on our bulletin board. Time is 9:30AM-1:30PM.
-We are having a Meeting on the 7th we will be trying to arrange some more fundraisers for the World Tournament in July. BRING YOUR IDEAS!
-We still need a few more orders for DECALS before I can place the order. Order forms are hanging on our bulletin board.
