THEME OF THE MONTH

We will be talking about Thankfulness this month in our classes. We are also asking each student to write a letter to someone they are thankful for, or for what they have done. Please turn in to your Instructor.

AMP STUDENT OF THE MONTH

GREAT JOB, Beth Horner! Beth is AMP’s student of the month. Beth has come a long way with her karate and she is super respectful. GOOD JOB!

CLUB THEME

All club members will be working on staff this month on Monday and Tuesday. Sparring will be on Wednesday and Thursday. Leaders will be doing sais with Master Lappin on the 5^th and Masters will get to do staff with Master Lappin on the 19^th. Staffs and sais will be 10% off all month.

Rolls and Falls SEMINAR

There will be a rolls and falls seminar on Saturday, November 20^th starting at 9AM it will end at 10:15AM. Students will learn karate rolls as well as the karate falls needed to do in class. This class will take place during Ms. Dots tumbling class along with her tumbling students. Cost is $10 for Leaders, $15 for Masters and $20 for anyone else who would like to attend. Look for the sign-up sheet at the front desk closer to the date.

CAMP OUT AND CLINIC

We will be having our annual camp out and clinic on the weekend of the 12^th, 13^th and 14^th. We will be camping at Ocean Grove RV Resort in St. Augustine, FL. If you are interested in camping with us please call and get the number to make your reservations. We always have a lot of fun. If you just want to come to the clinic, it will be on Saturday morning starting at 9Am and lasting until about 1PM. We will have some guest instructors and a great time. Why not stay for lunch after as we will have a pot luck. Master Lappin will supply the hot dogs and we ask everyone to bring a side dish to share. Clinic applications are available at the front counter, please fill out the application even if you are camping. The cost for the clinic is $25. If you have any questions please give us a call.

HALLOWEEN PARTY

THANK YOU! THANK YOU! To everyone who helped make the Halloween Party such a success. The kids got a lot of candy and everyone really had a great time. Special Thanks to Lisa Druhan and Joanne Manzi for all the help.

Demos

Thank you to everyone who has been helping out at all of the demo’s we have been going to. Demos are a perfect way to help with your Karate skills and being in front of a crowd. Please remember to get your demo card and to have it stamped every time you are in a demo, when you get 10 stamps you will earn a free demo uniform. These can be worn in class and at future demos. If you have any questions please ask.

PARENTS CLUB NEWS

                We kicked off the Village Inn Pie fundraiser at the Halloween Party with a pie tasting. We have already sold 17 pies! THANK YOU! The fundraiser will be going on until Wednesday, November 17^th. Pies will be delivered to the studio for pick up on Tuesday, November 23^rd. Anyone interested in helping with the fundraiser please contact Lisa Druhan 521-1215 or Joanne Manzi 616-3139 for more information.

                During the GUP Test we will be selling food. Donations are needed. If you are interested in donating hot dogs, drinks, chips or other snacks or helping with the booth please contact Joanne Manzi.

                As always we have our window decals for sale and we are always looking for suggestions for fundraisers.
